For all price enquiries please use the 'contact us/enquiry form', once I have your required date & requirements I can then email you with availability, an accurate price quote & details on how to pay your booking fee.

* If you would like to book for your wedding or special occasion hair/makeup, please contact me as far in advance as possible! I take bookings for weddings & events months in advance, for wedding bookings it's not unusual to take bookings 1-3 years ahead, the sooner you can book the better in order to secure your required date.

* To secure your booking a non refundable booking fee of £50 for weddings is required or £20 for special occasions & is payable by bank transfer within 48 hours of your request to book, this is payable before your trial is arranged to hold your required date, your booking fee is then deducted from your total wedding/event day costs. Your required date is not secured until you have paid the fee.

* Your total wedding day costs (less your booking fee) are due 4 weeks before your wedding day, payable by bank transfer only. I'll email you a polite reminder before your total payment is due. Should you cancel your booking for any reason your booking fee is non refundable, if you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks notice then 50% of your total wedding day costs are payable. 
 

* In the event of a pandemic & you have to change/delay your wedding date please rest assured I would simply move your booking to your new date as I have done so with so many weddings during the Covid pandemic, if already booked for your new date I'd source other hair/makeup artists I've previously worked with to cover your new date, this would also apply if I was ill so your wedding would always be covered. I’m also part of a private Facebook group which has over 250 professional hair/makeup artists which was set up for the above reasons - it means we can post on the group if we need cover or help with weddings which is so helpful as it means we never have to let anyone down.

*Travel/fuel costs are charged (to & from your location) at 60p per mile from my home address CV378FA.
 

*When a start time is scheduled before 6am an additional early start fee of £30 will be added to your costs 

* For wedding bookings - should you or any member of your wedding party cancel at any stage after you've booked there is a cancellation fee of £20 per person, this is to cover income lost, re-calculation of timings for your wedding day & covers part payment to any assistant hair/makeup artists bought along to help that are no longer needed.

* If your wedding day party size/timings require another hair/makeup artist to help, there will be an additional £75 charge incurred per extra stylist required for your wedding day.

 * Trials are ONLY available on weekdays as I'm fully booked up at weekends with weddings & events, I can provide trials for the bride & upto 2 others ONLY. 

 * I will create a time schedule for your wedding morning once your pre wedding trial is completed - this is to ensure you know when I will arrive & everyone in the bridal party knows what time & how long they are needed for. I always ensure everyone is ready in plenty of time before your ceremony - usually one hour before your ceremony so you have time to dress & have photos in a relaxed manner. For this reason it's important everyone being styled is on time & ready when I need them as late arrivals/not being available create much less time for me to complete everyone's styling & could risk me running out of time for everyone.
 

*I always strive to create a calm & relaxed atmosphere for you & your bridal party, this is  especially important for the bride on her special day after all the planning &  organising its a lovely time to be pampered & looked after.

* Bookings on bank holidays will incur an additional £75 surcharge.

* Split locations - if your wedding morning hair/makeup preparations require me to start at one location then travel onto another location to continue with hair/makeup (so 2 different/split locations) there is an additional fee of £50 to cover extra travel/mileage, time to set up/pack up/ set up again of kits/equipment & the extra time needed to do this.

* By paying the £50 booking fee to secure your date you are agreeing to the above terms & conditions
