For all price enquiries please use our 'contact us/enquiry form', once we have your required date & requirements we can then email you with our availability, an accurate price quote
& details on how to pay your deposit.
If you would like to book for your wedding or special occasion hair/makeup, please contact us as far in advance as possible! We take bookings for weddings & events months in advance, for
wedding bookings it's not unusual to take bookings 2-3 years ahead, the sooner you can book the better in order to secure your required date.
To secure your booking a non refundable security deposit/holding fee of £50 for weddings is required or £20 for special occasions & is payable by bank transfer or PayPal within
48 hours of your request to book, this is payable before your trial is arranged to hold your required date, your deposit is then deducted from your total wedding/event day
costs. Your required date is not secured until you have paid the deposit.
Your total wedding day costs (less your deposit) are due 4 weeks before your wedding day, payable by bank transfer only. We will email you a reminder before
your total payment is due. Should you cancel your booking for any reason your deposit is non refundable, if you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks notice then 50% of your total wedding day
costs are payable.
Travel costs are free within a 15 mile radius of Zara's home near Stratford upon Avon, thereafter costs are charged (for travel to & from your location) at 50p per extra mile.
Minimum Booking Requirements -
For wedding bookings there is a minimum requirement of 2 clients for both hair & makeup & 3 or more clients for just hair or just makeup.
For special occasion bookings the minimum booking requirement is 1 person for both hair & makeup or at least 2 clients for just
hair or just makeup.
For wedding bookings - should any member of your wedding party cancel at any stage there is a cancellation fee of £15 per person, this is to cover income lost, re-calculation of timings for your
wedding day & covers part payment to any assistant hair/makeup artists bought along to help that are no longer needed.
If your wedding day party size/timings require another hair/makeup artist to help, there will be an additional £50 charge incurred per extra stylist required for your wedding day.
* We create a time schedule/arrival times for your benefit - we always ensure everyone is ready in plenty of time before your ceremony. For this reason it's important everyone we are
styling is available around the time we need them as late arrivals create much less time for us to complete everyone's styling & could risk us running out of time for everyone.
Bookings on bank holidays will incur an additional £50 surcharge.
