For all price enquiries please use our 'contact us/enquiry form', once we have your required date & requirements we can then email you with our availability, an accurate price quote & details on how to pay your booking fee.

*There is a minimum booking requirement of 3 clients (bride plus 2 others) for wedding bookings during peak wedding season (April to October), we can cater for bride only but pricing will reflect the minimum requirement.

* If you would like to book for your wedding or special occasion hair/makeup, please contact us as far in advance as possible! We take bookings for weddings & events months in advance, for wedding bookings it's not unusual to take bookings 1-3 years ahead, the sooner you can book the better in order to secure your required date.

* To secure your booking a non refundable booking fee of £50 for weddings is required or £20 for special occasions & is payable by bank transfer within 48 hours of your request to book, this is payable before your trial is arranged to hold your required date, your booking fee is then deducted from your total wedding/event day costs. Your required date is not secured until you have paid the fee.

* Your total wedding day costs (less your booking fee) are due 4 weeks before your wedding day, payable by bank transfer only. We will email you a reminder before your total payment is due. Should you cancel your booking for any reason your booking fee is non refundable, if you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks notice then 50% of your total wedding day costs are payable. 
 

* In the event of a pandemic & you have to change/delay your wedding date please rest assured we would simply move your booking to your new date as we have done so with so many weddings during the Covid pandemic, if already booked for your new date I'd source other hair/makeup artists from my team to cover your new date, this would also apply if I was ill so your wedding would always be covered. I’m also part of a private Facebook group which has over 250 professional hair/makeup artists which was set up for the above reasons - it means we can post on the group if we need cover or help with weddings which is so helpful as it means we never have to let anyone down.

*Travel/fuel costs are charged (to & from your location) at 60p per mile from my home address CV378FA. When a start time is scheduled before 6am - to ensure your hair/makeup artist is available nearby ready to start so early, overnight accommodation near to where you are getting ready on your wedding morning is required for the night before for all artists. Total costs are to be covered by the client in full including travel to/from accommodation & wedding day venue, a minimum 3*en-suite room is required for each artist & costs covered for one evening meal per artist. 

* For wedding bookings - should any member of your wedding party cancel at any stage there is a cancellation fee of £20 per person, this is to cover income lost, re-calculation of timings for your wedding day & covers part payment to any assistant hair/makeup artists bought along to help that are no longer needed.

* If your wedding day party size/timings require another hair/makeup artist to help, there will be an additional £75 charge incurred per extra stylist required for your wedding day.

 * Trials are ONLY available on weekdays as we're booked up at weekends with weddings & events, Zara can provide trials for the bride & upto 2 others ONLY. 

 * We create a time schedule/arrival times for your benefit - we always ensure everyone is ready in plenty of time before your ceremony. For this reason it's important everyone we are styling is on time & ready to style when we need them as late arrivals/not being available create much less time for us to complete everyone's styling & could risk us running out of time for everyone. We pride ourselves in creating a calm & relaxed atmosphere especially for the bride on her special day, anyone causing delay may risk not having their hair/makeup completed.

* Bookings on bank holidays will incur an additional £75 surcharge.

* If your bridal preparations require travel to from split locations there is an additional fee of £30 to cover extra travel, set up/pack up & extra time needed.
